Bright, Bold and....

BLUE! Another fun color for summer, a really pretty, pigmented blue creme...

I've been trying to put my finger on what this color reminds me of but I can't seem to. It's just blue...maybe crayola blue?? LOL, I don't know. I know I like it! I've been trying to add some fun colors to my collection, so this definitely fits in that category! Great formula, opaque in two coats...So, what are some fun, pigmented cremes you guys have in your collections?

Ulta Professionals Formula Sunset Strip

Another lovely color I picked up on my last Ulta run, Sunset Strip, is from their Professionals line of polishes. I was looking for a pretty pink to wear during the summer and this stunner caught my eye....

It's a beautiful coral pink with a golden shimmer. Great formula, opaque in two coats...I can't wait to wear this on my toes this summer!

Ulta Salon Formula Jaded

Another one of Ulta's Salon Formula Polishes I picked up during my last trip there was 'Jaded', a very pretty duochrome blue-green...

Of course my camera could not capture the duochrome, but it has a lovely blue shimmer/undertone to it. I just noticed as I was writing this post that it also has a lovely golden shimmer to it as well. It applies pretty nicely and is opaque at two coats but I applied three.

I LOVE GREEN

So I ran into Ulta the other day and their Salon Formula polishes were on Sale so I snagged a few. This green was the first one I picked up, my eyes were immediately drawn to it. It's something about Spring and Summer that make me want to try FUN colors! And this is definitely one of them...

Application was a bit streaky after two coats but was fully opaque after three. I love this lime green color! I like it because its not too bright, but very warm. I have a few staples in my wardrobe that are this color so I had to add this color to my polish collection.

SUNDAY RANDOMNESS

When I went to Ulta a few days ago their polishes were on sale for $2 so I grabbed a couple. You can't beat "salon formula" polishes for $2!!

Ulta "Casual Mauve"

Ulta "Vintage Violet"

The formula on these is great! Both are thick cremes and went on opaque in two coats...Two great colors that I didn't already have in the collection!
